It really works.. Already tried others but with this one you don't force your back. It works only as a reminder that if your posture is not correct, it lets you know.

It can be difficult and tiring for the first days to maintain the correct posture but after a week you get used to the effort and your muscles get stronger. After a month you can even leave it at home because you correct yourself without thinking of it.

Best way to use it is to adjust it to your back and never change it again. You can put it on and off with both your arms up without the need of detach it every time you use.

Very discrete under the clothes, but with only a t-shirt it is noticeable. I reccomend it guys...

Does what it is supposed to do

For what it has to do, correct your posture, it is comfortable. You will feel like your shoulder position is being corrected but that is what it is supposed to do. It is not itchy or painful. It is very lightweight so you do not feel weighed down at all. Initially I found it hard to put on and adjust but once you have it done, it is alright.
