UMIDIGI F1 Play Android 9.0 4G Phablet

First of all, the battery on this thing is fantastic, got 14 hours of screen time on one charge. Last me 3 days with normal usage. Love it! Buttersmooth, very good screen, everything works perfectly for now. It looks and feels premium, well put together from a hardware point of view. Overall it's a super phone for 200 dollars.

The minor negative is the camera, it's pretty good now after 2 updates, so in no way does it do bad pictures, just that i feel it needs some more optimization. Expect more from the sensor. Night shots got unexpectedly good after the last update.

The only things that i would want different is a real transparent case, not a black one, makes no sense to buy a nicely colored phone and get a black case, but that's not a phone issue, just my personal preference, the case it comes with is good, just that it's black.

I've been using the F1 Play for about a month and so far the experience has been great! The device is flying, even after lots of apps installed. The Android Pie is not 100% stock, I would say it is 95% stock, some features were removed. Although nothing that compromise the experience. I've installed my prefered launcher and everything is great.
The cons is the camera software, it improved through 2 OTA updates, but there it is just OK, the 48mb pixel don't really make a huge difference. There is some kind of grid dots when you zoom in on a photo or even clear to see in video mode. Not sure if that is something from the lens or software.
Overall it is a great phone, with great hardware with an excellent price!

Firstly, big thanks to Umidigi for this master piece. The battery life is miles away from all the phones I've come across.
The camera is great, the graphics perfect, speed on point doesn't overheat, fast charging and most importantly the packaging of it was breathtaking.

And off course thanks to Gearbest for making the delivery so swift without a hassle itwas easy to track my parcel and received the exact day as advertised. Keep up the good work.

The only thing is would've loved it if your handsets had earphones.

This is my third phone from Umidigi. I bouth them all for family members. As with all phones I also tested this. For now it is working great, it has very good camera, smooth Andorid 9 system, screen that is better than on phones I ordered before...you must see it to believe it can be done so good.. I can't see any pixel...and as I am not lover of notches...but I like teardrop notch...it is one elegant solution until cameras embedded into screen come. I have suggestion and wish to see pop-up mechanism from Umidigi (if possible or at least slider mechanism), as with some better known chinese Companies. All in all I am very satisfied.
