For the hardware that you get, it is a very reasonably priced phone (especially when on sale). It has a very solid build quality. In terms of overall use (keep in mind I have only used this for 2 weeks), both front and rear cameras are fast and produce decent photos. My friends and I enjoy the selfie mode that guesses our gender and age. I only use smartphones for social media, emails, calls, SMS and some other google apps but the phone runs these apps without a hitch.

Suggestion

There are only two main complaints with the phone. The fingerprint sensor I found was quite unreliable usually not unlocking on the first attempt. The second con is that it does not have Australian Locale. This means every time I reboot the phone, the time/date will be wrong and I have to manually change it. It also affects messaging applications like Facebook messenger as the timestamps will be wrong. Hopefully, this will be fixed as it is a software issue.

It does not have any certified water resistance or stereo speakers, but those are features I can definitely live without considering the phone price.
I also found that if you want to run a different launcher (Google Now, Nova etc) you can't use the default wallpapers for some reason (Xiaomi probably wants people to stick with the stock launcher).

Buen terminal con grandes prestaciones, comparable a moviles de alta gama de marcas conocidas a un precio muy competitivo. Me llegó en apenas dos semanas. Muy fluido,con una cámara bastante aceptable y una batería que cumple bastante bien. Una puntuación bestial en Antutu y un rendimiento bastante bueno. Me han encantado su estética y construcción, sin duda lo recomendaría a toda persona interesada en comprar esta Marca.

Suggestion

El lector de huellas Falla algunas veces (supongo que se puede solucionar en futuras actualizaciones), el precio que cambia constantemente, y por último decir a los de GearBest que podrían limpiar un poco el móvil y su caja antes de mandarlos.

Aparelho com tamanho de tela perfeito. Ótimo desempenho. Bateria boa para usuários padrão. Uma das melhores câmeras dentre os xiaomi (perdendo para o Mi 6 somente). Muito fluido. Construção em alumínio. Tela IPS LCD com ótima luminância. USB tipo C.

Suggestion

Não tem infravermelho. Som baixo e sem graves (apenas no alto-falante. Nos fones o som é perfeito). Cabo que vem junto aparenta fragilidade (comprei outro por precaução).

Amazing phone, beautiful and fast

This is the best phone I ever had. It have enough internal space for my whole hard drive in the palm of my hands. Is EXTREMELY fast. Plays literally ANY game. The camera is really good and the system is fluid. Also looks very great and premium.

Suggestion

The back camera for recording is a little bit flacky. The speakers are not very good for music playing.
